Sofa purchased from Godrej Interio, Kasturba Rd, Bangalore. After 3 years, there is a visible 3 inch tear on the sofa. Godrej Customer service tells me they can do nothing but replace the ENTIRE upholstery, and that will cost only 70, 000/-. I can say is it was a big mistake purchasing anything from Godrej. Their customer service really sucks.
