I booked a study table on 9th Oct at Axis mall Godrej Interio store. They gave me a false commitment as that after full payment product will be delivered soon. Consider the brand name I paid and expect the delivery of the product within one week as they committed.
After that I realize they don’t bother about their commitment still now they have not come in level with other international companies those are doing their business good due to their better professionalism and after sale customer services.
They don’t have any escalation hierarchy. Only one mail is there and they don’t bother to reply. Customer will feel helpless after paying the money.
