Godrej Properties is not customer-friendly. They collected 90% of the money from customers within one year, but there have been no updates or handover. It has been more than two years now with Godrej Park Retreat. If you delay payment by even one day, they charge interest. The build quality is bad, and they are not concerned about the customer. Please avoid Godrej Properties; Shoba is a better option. Godrej is now a tier-2 builder. Once you signed the agreement you won’t be able to do anything they wont listen you and keep taking the money and interest from you

Godrej park retreat phase 1 was scheduled to be delivered between october-december 2024, still we have not received any communication about delivery. There is no higher authority to talk to regarding building status. Godrej has started multiple phase in vicinity and carved road out of that for new phase reducing area of project and its open space.

CHEATED me by Giving DAmaged/major CRACK in the wall& also LEAKAGE in bathroom.I also been Promised by GODREJ- BHARATH, SOUMITRI HOTA that I will get 2% LOYALTY DISCOUNT or 1%   1% Each Units Benefit Before Registration. Because I bought 2 flats.But UNTIL Now THEY NENER PAID ME Nor HANDED OVER MY FLAT nor they are redy to pay me any COMPENSATION AMOUNT.

after Repeated Complaints Written to GODREJ Sales head, VANESSA TAYLOR, She Kept ignoring my Complints and Never gave any Response nor Taken any ACTION.

Hence I’m going to write bad reviews against Godrej on all website where all GODREJ has PROPERTIES. ????. my VOICE Should Reach GODREJ HIGHER AUTHORITY.

Godrej people have CHEATED me by giving Damaged / major CRACK in the wall & also leakage in the ceiling in bathroom.

And I also been promised by GODREJ - SOUMITRI HOTA that I will get 2% LOYALTY DISCOUNT before registration, because I bought 2 flats. BUT UNTIL NOW THEY NEVER PAID ME nor HANDED OVER MY FLAT Nor they are ready to pay me any COMPENSATION AMOUNT.

After repeated complaints written to Godrej sales head, VANESSA TAYLOR, she kept ignoring my complaints and never gave any response nor taken any Action.

Hence, I’m going to write bad reviews against Godrej on all websites where all GODREJ has properties. ????
