My father in law bought godrej pentacool double door refrigerator from sadana latish road lucknow. From day one this refrigerator was not working. After making several calls to the dealer he sent one mechanic. The mechanic did something and told that either freezer will work or refrigerator will work (only one of them can work at a time).
After repairing he said that though freezer will not work but normal cooling should work. But again nothing was working. We made several calls to this dealer and ultimately went to consumer forum. The case is pending.
Godrej pentacool is one of the worst product we ever had.
