I purchased this refrigerator from a store in 2016, it was a direct cool refrigerator. when purchasing this refrigerator I am given a warranty of 10 year on compressor and 10 year rust free from this company. And the owner of the shop delivered the refrigerator to me within 2 days since the refrigerator was delivered to me, I use it for about 6 months, but then I noticed that the cooling power of the refrigerator is slowly decreasing just a month later the refrigerator was suddenly cooling down I I then went to the shop and told them the problem then a technician from the shop send me to my house but the the refrigerator don't work then I contact customer care of this company but no help from customer care.
