Here is how Godrej serves in ERNAKULAM KERALA:


I booked a complaint 10 days ago.


The technician visits and says it will cost  . we agree to the price.


HOWEVER,


The complaint is closed the next day!  Reason: Customer reported no problem!


THIS my dear friends, is how GODREJ solves your complaints in 24 hours!


Make no mistake!


I called call center at least 15 times after that.


BUT No my originaL complaint booked was NOT revived.


Spoke to Manager Godrej Ernakulam Branch  "Anil Kumar "


He  just kept saying he did not have the required spare part!


10 days for a spare?


Then WHAT is he managing?  Probably his wallet and not much else.


But he couldn’t do anything or probably "can’t" do anything.


After 10 days they send sms saying "your complaint is booked today".


What could be worse? 10 days and they have not even registered  your complaint.


Spoke to the manager’s manager   Harish Kumar.


He says that he will look into it. 10 days and 7 hours later no word from anyone.


So before you buy a godrej, think. think real hard.


YOU ARE GOING TO BE SWINDLED REAL HARD IF YOU GO FOR GODREJ.
