This chicken smells bad and doesn’t taste like chicken at all. After cooking it became hard like rubber. I read it on internet that packed chicken are added with salt and water to preserve them. May be that’s the reason. the reason being it sticks of not pumped with water and salt.
In reality, the weight of checkerboard meat is much less than the net weight shown on cover because of the added high density water and salt mixture.
