Godrej Properties is not customer-friendly. They collected 90% of the money from customers within one year, but there have been no updates or handover. It has been more than two years now with Godrej Park Retreat. If you delay payment by even one day, they charge interest. The build quality is bad, and they are not concerned about the customer. Please avoid Godrej Properties; Shoba is a better option. Godrej is now a tier-2 builder. Once you signed the agreement you won’t be able to do anything they wont listen you and keep taking the money and interest from you
