I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service. I’ve tried calling customer care at 1800-209-5511 numerous times, but the line was constantly busy. On the one occasion my call finally connected, I started explaining my issue, only to have the call abruptly cut off by the representative. Is this the kind of service Godrej is offering?
I purchased a refrigerator from Flipkart on 23rd February. Unfortunately, the first unit I received was broken, and I had to return it. I then reordered the refrigerator, which was delivered and installed. However, after just a few days, the refrigerator started making a loud noise.
Additionally, when I kept ice cream in the freezer, it completely melted, indicating that the cooling is not functioning properly. I contacted customer care, and a technician visited my place. Shockingly, I was told that the gas needs to be refilled in a brand-new refrigerator — which is completely unacceptable.
This experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite this being a new unit, its not functioning correctly, and now I’m being told to repair it instead of getting a replacement. The technician even mentioned that no further service would be provided, which I feel is a form of blackmail.
