Unpleasant experience

I purchased my refrigerator in the year 2021. On 24th May, 2024 I observed refrigerator is not cooling. I raised service request on the same day. But I did not receive any call from technician, so next day again I called customer care they assured technician will call. Monday technician called I told him to come to nearest point & call me. Never received any call but got message my service request closed with reason technician couldn’t locate address. I escalated this to smartcare email id. No luck, called supervisor, no luck. Then customer care representative gave me another supervisor’s phone #.He arranged a technician who promised to pay a visit but till now no one attended. I am fed up.


I am thinkibg of selling it & never ever purchase Godrej products. Will stop others to buy as well. My refrigerator is still under warranty. Pathetic experience. They don’t bother.
