Last month I have purchase Goodrej 1.5 ton split ac from vijay sales Borivali branch
Vijay sales service was good but godrej service was very poor. for AC installation they taken more than 15 days and for that I have to call customer care number, within 15 days I had call customer care number more than 50 times and lock the complaint about the installation they was like engineer will come to install the product, every time they was saying like that only.
But not respond from there site, after that I called to delivery head from service provider and then two person come to install AC at night 11 pm, and for that they charge 5000 installation charge. and after that they have not install plug into the main wire they put three wires into the socket and told us call any electrician to install plug .’
Very very worst installation service from Godrej very much disappointment
