I had taken warranty for this appliance for 3000 rupees. Last week the Product got damaged. Even after 7 days they didnt help me. Pcb had to be replaced. They said that was out of stock. Worst service
Never purchase warranty or AMC. If you give money in advance they will not help you. Better get it repaired by third party.
They said it will take many days to get the spair. Till then what shall I do? . My 3000₹; warranty gone down the drain. I got a third party repairer and he said there is no need to replace the pcb. He will get it repaired. After this bad experience I will never purchase AMC or warranty from any body.
After 7 days they came to my home. It was just a loose contact problem
