We have booked a room In hotel through goibibo, First time we had selected wrong checking date. Called ibibo for help they told we can cancel ticket but no refund will be issued, which got wasted and later we again booked another ticket in correct date but we didn’t got entry as room was full in hotel.
First it was mentioned checkin time was 8 am later reaching hotel they. Suddenly changed the checkin time to 12
pm and didn’t allowed to enter us. Really its a fake service. Waste of time.
I paid Rs. 1751 including taxes on advance via Debit Card while booking the Hotel on Golbibo mobile app. On reaching Hotel, I found out that they had listed the same room( all 7 rooms of same segment) price as Rs.1200 all inclusive. I felt cheated and immediately decided to cancel the booking.
I was unable to cancel the booking via Golbibo mobile app so called Goibibo
Customer care, and here was the bummer! I
was told that the booking can be cancelled
but I will not get any refund. I explained him
my reason
