What happens if you book by go ibibo.com?You have to use google chrome or firefox, on internet explorer you can not book. Even when I tried the above I was not able to book as it was redirecting to booking page.Then you have to call Goibibo no, they are prompt in taking your email id to send a link.You book through the link copy paste the code 7 then it becomes invalid.
Write back to customer support & they say you can not copy you have to enter manually.So I book without discount, I was told It would be made good in my next booking.I receive a SMS early checking/late departure I need to inform hotel.As I travel out of my convenience not out of hotel check in time I call them lady agrees for it at hotel.Reach hotel the shift changed the guy has to call his boss to allow early check out.
I convince him saying I will check our early. Hesitantly after waiting for 30 minutes gives me a room I ask for tea he says it can be given only tomorrow morning.
Pay for tea/ breakfast get on to work come back by 10 .30pm.Morning break fast starts only by 8 that to only bread, I walk out bring cornflakes & request for milk which is charged 80 Rs Glass.I check out, the checkout guy says he cant give me bill as I have booked on go ibibo .So how can I claim to company?
Now I make friendly talk to reception ask him what happens if I book directly since I have his no & he knows me he says he will give the same room at 2000 Rs or at 2500 Rs I will get a bigger room.So Goibibo sucks, use the traditional travel agent he is better off.
This is my first booking with Goibibo, even though I travel every week scared to use the GOIBIBO.
Hope some one in customer service is listening.
