Extra charges.

I don’t see any benefit by booking through Goibibo.

Book directly through airlines website to avoid extra charges. I had to cancel my ticket which was booked through Goibibo and I found that I had to pay an additional Rs 790 on top of airlines cancellation fee Rs 3000.

No use of calling customer care, pathetic service. If I had booked this directly from airlines, I would have saved Rs 790.

My stupidity. :-(
