goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Today I booked a hotel @922/- but other website is offering same hotel room for around 650/-. After booking the hotel says no room available.The worst thing is hotel has no room. I tried to cancel the reservation but no refund policy so I lost all amount. Other websITES_Company are charging reliable amount. Enough now, I will never use this app in future.
Not even this time, last time I also faced the issue where hotel said that we haven’t receive money from goibibo but they mAnasultanged to give another horrible room on temporary basis. All the unconvince was faced and these people enjoyed the money.
