I booked a room at Hotel O premium at delhi through goibibo!
I am again writing this since I received an hotel booking advertisement from your company.
Unfortunately I Hope no action is productive against the Hotel O Palam who maintained a dust bin and named as a hotel and you re-arranged a room for me telling as premium room(my actual booking was with Hotel O Premium in which the payment I made through goibibo not reached the hotel hence room not booked.)
Please find the photographs of the alternate room you have arranged also they don’t have water. It was night 2am - I have no option other than sitting there.
I have a serious concern - both rooms you have not evaluated from your end- you also check their web site and add into your brokerage web site which is detrimental to the public.
My this room booking activity through goibibo spoiled my entire pusprose of visit to delhi.
I am writing this mail with lot of agony - since I dont have any option to reach public and tell dont believe goibio type of web sites and spoil your trips.
Find the attachment - if you people get a chance go and stay to have happy times. - but you cannot identify this hotel until you roam like an idiot in that street for at least 30min. You can call me for help to identify O Palam.
