I booked a hotel and in ticket it was clearly mentioned in first line that if you cancel your ticket before 1st Nov you’ll have to pay Rs. 0 as cancellation charges.
My plans got preponed on 29th Oct and did one another booking in which it was mentioned if you cancel your ticket before 30th Oct you’ll pay Rs. 0 as cancellation charges.
Now I called them to cancel the later one and they said it’s non refundable which is no where mentioned in their policy. Then I said ok, please cancel the one I just did. They said it is also non-refundable. How how can I visit same place twice in consecutive weekends.
They even started fighting with me over this. I asked I’ll be happy with half amount as well. But they denied it. Worst website to book ur tickets.
