I would say dont use GOIBIBO to book OYO hotel. No Commitment, no policy, bad customer support experience, pathetic customer issue resolution policy, no business ethics.
I booked the OYO 71916 New Cyber Grand, Madhapur, Hyderabad, along with my friend from Nov 3-6 and 3-8 with breakfast and dinner. We came know by reaching there that hotel dont provide any food, we have to pay them extra and insist for that. After went through a pathetic experience with customer support, my friend to be informed to refund for 6 days Rs. 1950/-, then I contacted then they asked me for 3 days I should get Rs. 439/-. When I asked them why 2 different rules where we stay in same hotel, same room type, same facility, only difference 3 days vs 6 days. I was surprised they have no answer. Even in the OYO hotel, I had a very bad experience. I reached there 2.5 before, they keep pressurised me to pay early check-in, when I told them I dont that rather I would wait. Then the front office executive told me, I shouldnt wait there in reception, better I have to go to kitchen/dining to wait. I asked why, they told me so. They told it is their rule. When I oppose that person, he was keep telling me to cancel the booking right there. I didnt want to continue the argument, so I kept quite, since I was new in that area, in that city. I just literally waited there for 2.5 hours standing on the road. That was my whole experience about those companies.
