I’ve had a really bad experience with the website and do not recommend anyone to use it.
I booked a hotel in Coorg about 2 weeks before my trip. I had a confirmation email from Goibibo with the hotel booking ID.
A day before my trip I gave them a call to confirm the booking and they said it is confirmed.
Just to make sure, I contacted the actual hotel as well.
The hotel receptionist said that they do not have any such booking and they contacted Goibibo as well.
Then a Goibibo representative called me up and explained some technical glitch in the system. They promised me, in writing, that the full amount will be refunded in 10 days. It has been a month and I still have not received the refund.
I sincerely recommend people not to use this website.
