Worst customer service. Agents not skilled enough. I was told the fair difference of 60K for rescheduling where the actual ticket price was 48K and even the new tickets available for less than this. Total madness and when I tried to justify their blunder, phone disconnected.
You will be asked to be put on hold for amoment and that moment will be 15-20 mins. Always systems in updates and you will be requested to call back after 30 mins. No appropriate response on emails and require regular followup. Typical travel agent enthusiasm where sales team will make every effort to chase you and after sales service team will make every effort to avoid you.
