This is to inform you that today I have experienced a very bad and pathetic service from goibibo.com


They are charging you some hidden amount, calling "CONVENIENCE CHARGE". THESE CHARGES ARE NOT MENTIONED TILL THE END (YOU CLICK ON "MAKE PAYMENT" BUTTON).


THESE CHARGES YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FIND AT THE TIME YOU ARE GOING TO PASSWORD AT THE END(PAYMENT GATEWAY). I HAVE TAKEN ALL THE SCREEN SHOTS AND ATTACHED WITH THIS FEEDBACK SO THAT TO THE WHOLE WORLD CAN SEE WHAT KIND OF GAME THEY ARE PLAYING WITH US.


AFTER ALL THIS, I FELT LIKE CLARIFYING AND THUS TRIED CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT ON 09213025552. AFTER ALMOST 6TH CONTINUOUS TRY, I SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE, NAMED GAURAV. HE WAS TALKING TO ME LIKE I MADE A BIG MISTAKE BY CALLING TO THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT OF GOIBIBO.COM.


I WAS OUT OF MY MIND. INITIALLY, I SPOKE WITH HIM NORMALLY AND THEN "I HAVE USED A BAD WORD". HE WARNED ME AS WELL, BUT WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM A CUSTOMER WHEN YOU ARE CHARGING SUCH HIDDEN AMOUNT? I HAVE BOOKED ALMOST 3-4 FLIGHTS WITH GOIBIBO.COM AND NOW I AM FEELING CHEATED VERY BADLY AND THIS IS TOTALLY UNFAIR.


FROM NOW ONWARD, I WILL NOT BOOK A SINGLE TICKET FROM GOIBIBO.COM. I AM ALSO SENDING AN EMAIL TO THE NODAL OFFICER AS WELL AS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT TO DE-ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.


FINALLY, I HAVE BOOKED MY TICKET WITH " http://www.EASEMYTRIP.COM" AND IT WAS VERY EASY TO BOOK AND I HAVE PAID THE SAME PRICE WHICH I COULD SEE ON THE FRONT PAGE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND https://EASYMYTRIP.COM AND WOULD ALSO PROMOTE IT TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
