My experience with Goibibo was very bad. I didn’t get a proper bills for my Hotel Reservation. Generally when we checkout from hotel we get proper bills. This is not with booking from goibibo.com, hotel manager refuse to give bill for the hotel room. When I ask Goibibo they provided me with flimsy bill that was rejected by my accounts section.
Room number is not mentioned
Tax details are not provided
No authorized seal or signature
No mention of full hotel address
Please provide me with an authentic bill so that I can furnish it to my accounts section.
