I used GoIbibo to book a hotel in Araku valley. GoIbibo charged me 5k for a hotel that was not even worth 500rs. The hotel was very different from the pics I saw on the GoIbibo website. GoIbibo denied me the refund and did not support cancellation. I lost the 5k and had to find another hotel that was decent. They are frauds, and cheaters and their support team is very unsupportive.
