goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Here are things I experienced with Ibibo:
1) On last step of booking they will add additional charges in name of convenience or something else.
2) Customer support claims 24x7 but can go unreachable.
3) For every request they will ask you .to talk to airlines directly.
4) If you cancel a ticket, then they charge their own fee on top of airlines fee.
5) Their user interface doesnt contain all the "Essential" information like what to do if the passenger doesnt have a last name on their passport.
6) Customer Support is pathetic and appalling.
