I booked a ticket from New Delhi to Chennai for 20th Feb and the flight got cancelled. There was no information provided regarding this.
Here are the PNR numbers that are to be cancelled:
1) Passenger name: Sunny Agarwal, PNR: PUTDTO(New Delhi to Chennai),
2) Passenger name: Supriya Jain, PNR: HVEWNG(New Delhi to Chennai).
There were two flights attached with the PNR, New Delhi to Chennai and Chennai to Port Blair. Only New Delhi to Chennai got cancelled.
Now that I am trying to get refund for this, have called your customer care a number of times. They just put you on hold for 20 minutes and then say that there is a problem at the other end and refund will be processed in a couple of days. But nothing happens.
Then I posted the same on their forum, they just asked the flight details and then nobody responded.
Even I work for an internet company, but never Ive heard about such a bad customer experience. I hope they care about their image on mouthshut and get this addressed ASAP.
