I have booked tickets mistakenly on the wrong date and paid money, but after when we wanted to reschedule it on another date, did talk to bus operator to reschedule according to their policy but he said, cant do anything then we came to website and there they were saying Cancel and Re-Book.
What the hell is that Cancellation charges are more than half of actual ticket price per person.
They are ridiculous services provider.
They dont care about their customers.
When I said to them that I will give the true review on google, they were saying do it.
That shows their loyalty to customers.
SHAME! No LOYALTY
