I booked a flight and when I went to the Airport the Airpines Cnacelled the Flight. I got a full refund slip from Airlines but when I raised my refund through GoIbibo App - They deducted 1000 Rs and returned the money. When I am trying to raise my concern I am not able to get the email id or any phone number rather they will direct you to an Automated AI enabled assistant Gia. which is a useless as my queries are not listed and they will keep to taking here and there.
How can a service provider run without a Customer Care number or without and email id for issue addressal.?
