This regarding a refund, i booked on 26-11-14. I cancelled my ticket more than 15 days ago.
I called customer service repeatedly for prompt refund, but in vain. Now if I dial for customer service, automated voice will redirect to this site.
It means if customer needs to be heard there is nobody to listen also.why then they created a number?, may be loot from commission of phone calls. Such a s*it! I feel so harassed by Goibibo that I plan to lodge a complaint in consumer forum.
