goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I had booked airline tickets through goibibo.com. That time I got deal of using some bank credit card and get Rs 1000 off. I used my credit card but never got this money back. Repeatedly I called them; first they said that the voucher would not have been issued; later they confirmed it was issued and I should get refund soon.
Later on, every time they will tell you to issue a ticket through online system or tell you to send complaint to their customer care email id to which their team will revert back. I never heard from them though I got multiple ticket numbers issued. They will just say they cant help you and you need to send complaint to email. Later on I just left it; thinking I will spend 1000 Rs on my phone too and anyways they will not give the refund...I will not recommend this website for airline tickets to anyone.
