Sad but true

I mostly don't book flight tickets on my own and get it done by an agent but this time because of emergency of lockdown I tried booking a flight ticket from Mumbai to Bhopal on 31st. Now, normally either the ticket gets booked or your get the amount refunded in your account. My problem is that the amount got debited and the Goibibo website is showing booking in progress for 5 days now. I tried emailing them on their mail id travel@goibibo.com and got the link to their website saying that this is a not correct id to contact on. I tried writing to the management but it asked for reference id which I do not have. now I am trying to talk to their customer care but they are not responding too. I will recommend nobody to this website for sure.
