We booked a Leh holiday package with goibibo for 6 nights 7 days. This was the biggest mistake I have done. Until the payment was done customer service was picking my calls and they even called me back. Once I did the payment, their is no response from them, they did not even send me the confirmation immediately. With great difficulty I had to follow up with them. They never pic the calls or call us back. They did not even send me the vouchers. However with great efforts I could follow up with them and go for the trip. Once we reached there we found that they did not plan our trip properly and we had to cancel a one day visit to Nubra valley. Goibibo promised me that I would get the reimbursement of Nubra valley within 15 days. Its been 2 months now and there is no response from them.
They never pic our calls, and with great luck if we get to speak to them, the corresponding agent (Chetak, may not be his original name) who was taking care of this gives me reasons like -- his wife is sick or he was out of station etc. This is the kind of professionalism they show. I still did not get my money back, and I have no hopes of getting it. There is noway you can contact them easily, they are big frauds. I have also seen some reviews where people faced similar problems with their flight services. I should have read such reviews before booking my trip.
Who ever is reading this review, do yourself a favor of not doing any kind of transactions with goibibo, Its a total pathetic service. You deserve better.
