goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
There were so many times when their server didn’t respond well and thus ticket is not generated at all. Then u need to wait for 20 mins minimum to talk to their executive to get the tickets.
The money will be deducted and u will not get the ticket. I would not recommend Goibibo to anyone.
