WORST EXPERIENCE -AVOID AVOID. PATHETIC CUST SERVC

I have been using Goibibo for sometime now and had the worst of the experience when they had a technical error through their app and I tried contacting the customer support.


I called them 12 times and was only updated to standby and they would get back to me. 1 of their customer support executive(I guess the name was Kapil) made me wait for 33 minutes on hold with the music:-) and on his return straight away updated that I probably would have used amazon which was the craziest thing I ever heard as I booked it through their IOS app from the app store & the next executive apologized on his bahalf.


I tried escalating the matter to their escalation id  "mAnasultangement@goibibo.com" and had the stupidest of the reply where the lady just re-wrote my entire issue and disappeared.


PLEASE AVOID THEM. makemytrip or yatra or booking.com are still better options as atleast they don’t lie and resolve issues if any.


Secondly there pricing is all manipulated - You check a hotel through their website and the app you would see inflated pricing for mobile booking and they offer 50% discounts, if you calculate and compare you would get better rates on other travel sITES_Company.
