When you first time login you will be happy to see 2000 Rs. of so called "goCash". You may thought that you will get discount of 2000 Rs. then later you will realize that only 500 can be used at max for one booking till now it’s ok. Then once you booked you have already paid almost amount as same as the airline company’s website is charging.
No advantage.(Getting discount was the reason to use this website otherwise what’s the point). Now if you cancel your ticket airline will deduct their cancellation fee which is again not an issue because we all know they will gonna charge, but after that my money got stuck with Goibibo, until I called them they didn’t took any step to initiate my refund and then they also charge 250 per person in my case there were 3 and 200 payment gateway charges so total 1350 they will charge.
So my total refund was 33% of my flight booking amount. If I booked it directly from airline company’s website then I will not be charged as much. So there are no reasons to book a flight from Goibibo. They are just bluffing people with their fancy discounts which are also useless.
