I booked a hotel with breakfast and after booking, I got the voucher with room only booking. I raised this complaint to goibibo and they told me that I had booked room without breakfast. I asked them to tally the price that I was charged with the current room price and they were adamant saying our technical team has done that. Being an IT guy, I asked for logs and again denied. This made my trip frustrating even before I started it. They even didnt allow me to choose breakfast even when I was ready to pay more as that was the need of the hour because I am travelling with a 2 year old baby.
Moreover, they just flooded my email box with same booking confirmation. attached is the photo.
