Promised Refund and playing games after that

I have booked a bus ticket from Chandigarh to Manali via Himachal volvo services on 11 June 13 and the scheduled pickup time was 11:15 PM at HP petrol station opp to Chandigarh bus stand.


Bus hasn’t come on time, the operator number on the ticket is not working, so I called the GOIBBIO customer care number to know the status, they also don’t have the operator details and trying to tell me all stories like "we are trying to reach them please wait..please wait...


This cinema went on till 1:30 AM" and the reply they gave was "we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused and asked me to look for the alternatives and the only thing he can do is refund". Just imagine along with my family I waited on the road side for about 5 hrs just because of this, as I am first time visiting Chandigarh I don’t know what to do, finally at 4 am I got one cab service and paid huge amount.


I agreed upon that and left the bus stop to look for alternatives. As this is the first time I am there in Chandigarh, I don’t know what to do, finally I called a cab services and reached Manali by paying very high amount.


Now they are telling Bus reached on time and they called on your mobile and you didn’t pick the call. They never keep words what they say. They think we are fools who suffered.


I never every book a ticket via GOIBBO or not even recommend for any one else...Totally fraud ...........
