I booked my wife’s ticket from bangalore to bhopal. Initially when I booked the ticket I clicked on the option in which the rate mentioned was Rs 9300 and all the while till the final payment was made the total amount was not known.
To my horror I payed Rs 10300and when I asked customer care the gentleman told our rates are dynamic I felt robbed, cheated and I realized its India and here it is just " kasht aur mar" for customer...never this hell of the site and I have all proofs
