Goibibo acts true like its own Ad backstabbing us

I do a hotel booking at the website goibibo.com using Premier Miles.


So the scenario with Goibibo.com is this:


I book the room for 1 night and get charged twice.


The room is worth 4200/- and I have been charged twice more than 16000 premier miles which they are not refunding. I check in the hotel the hotel even before entering their lobby Fern Residency, Chandigarh denies me the room and send me and my family to a cheap 3 star hotel whereas we have paid for 4 star hotel.


They were least bothered. No one picks up at Goibibo customer care after 8 pm as we tried calling them as we reached the hotel late.


After many complaints and calls the next morning and writing emails to them they refund mere 600 Rs whereas the hotel they made us stay was 1200/- cheaper than then Fern. The manager at the Fern Residency was rude and had no explanation.


This letter clearly states that the miles are redeemed twice and only one voucher was issued to me

So kindly refund the first amount 8234/- as on goibibo.com the transaction was reflected as failed. The same has been told to all your department that I have been calling about and all the departments seems to not understand.


Make sure that the premier miles 8234 is refunded asap as it has been charged twice because of the goibibo.com fault.


Even I have escalated the issue to consumer court as the website booking voucher failed to give me room in the first place. So to cover it up they have refunded 600/-


As for premier miles department due to wrongful twice redemption by the goibibo.com website which is no fault of ours. I have to call 6 to 8 times to your credit card department, write 10 odd mails and then also the issue is not resolved to get my own money back.


Cant you guys check that there are two redemption by the website whereas they have only issued one hotel voucher. What happened to my money which is deducted twice?


Kindly call me up and explain me how does your customer care or your redemption things work cause Goibibo.com helpdesk suck as well as their service.


If this is not resolved within 48 hours I would seek legal help.
