I booked international flight ticket using goibibo and I have cancelled the ticket by calling their customer care support. On call they have confirmed that they have cancelled the ticket and money will be refunded after some deductions and this will happen in 7 working days.
From then onwards, I didn’t receive any confirmation from them about the refund/cancellation and I have called them almost 5 times and till now I didn’t receive my money. It has been one month now and they are again asking me to wait for another 7 working days.
I really wonder what they have been doing this entire month and the worst thing is now I have to pay additional charges to my CC vendor if I don’t make the payment on time.
Now, shall goibibo will also bear the extra charges that I have to pay to my CC because of this delay?
What will happen if I don’t track my refund ?
They are not at all loyal in their service they are making use of our money as much as they can. It really puts you in pressure because there’s huge amount involved in the transaction and they are least bothered about this.
I am writing this review to enlighten people about the fraud they are doing.
Please don’t ever trust goibibo.
