I have booked the 3 rooms in Hotel Mount view, Mount Abu against booking no. HTL7SFZY5L from Goibibo.com


All rooms are in pathetic conditions,


Room Issues - Dirty Linen, Broken Door, Windows, Dampness, Room Size are very small, bad smells, toilets are unhygienic, staff are not cooperative, So we have talked one of the Goibibo representative for change the rooms or change the hotel, whatever best for us, then their executive asked me to send the photos of room and hotels, so I had immediately sent them photos and after that she said give me at least 1 hour to solve your problem, after 2 hours we again called and talked to their executive Sonia, she said you can go and check in another hotel if you find out, we will do best for you and you will get the call from our side. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any call so I called you again after 3 hours and their executive Kushal Malhotra clearly denied to process the refund.


We have talked to Goibibo Team, so many times but didn’t get any response.


So my point is very clear, I have spent Rs.18234/- for good hotel and service, and I couldn’t get the same, this is not the small amount and for this I have rights to get back my refund because I have never avail any single service or hospitality of Hotel Mount View, Mount Abu.


I want my money back.
