I had 2 pathetic experiences in a tour that is on, with my family of wife n daughter who is just to India for 22 days before going back to Munich.
Yesterday we checked out from Vasco da Gama beach resort , kappad beach Kozhikode. V reached there late , at around 11 pm. So many times v wanted to talk but there is no response. Too bad n crippled conduct... From late evening, front office is managed by novices , who do not understand any language other than malayali. They first told me no booking...later they confirmed booking after I shouted but asked me to pay ...n when I shouted, they said ok..no payment due ... I was supposed to get a sea view room but they got me not. In morning therecwas a power cut n d receptionist lady was bluffing to repair in 5 mins. Finally she changed d room n have us a sea facing room, which earlier they said all full... Never shall come again n ask all not to go there...but room was excellent , with bath tub n refrigerator
