I booked 2 sleeper tickets with goibibo before 1 and half month ago with Rs 800 per seat.
When I was gone on boarding point for inquiry before one day of travelling date, they told me that bus is canceled. But the actual scenario was that, the bus was not cancelled, they just changed the bus time, just for money.
As that was Diwali time, the current booking cost was more than Rs 2000 per seat. Just for money, they make fraud with their customers. I talk with customer service, service provider told me that, he can not do anything. Then told me who is the responsible for that. What will happen if any customer has emergency to go home.
That was bad experience. Even they did not refund my money. I booked another ticket by paying Rs 4000. For your kindly information, I am giving putting the travel agency name Name: Jai Durga Travels Sanjay
