The below issue has been taken care and I am satisfied now with their service.
I have booked bus ticket on IBIBO.com website using the BUSTALK coupon code and I have completed my travel. I didn’t received any coupon then I called customer care and asked about the coupon they told it will there in my mail box in 10 mins.
I have received the coupon in an hour and am happy. When I tried to redeem the coupon
in mobiwiki site. It has show that it is an expired coupon. This is a fake coupon given by the IBIBO. I called to their customer care they told to send a mail there is no response. Today I called again they told you send the screenshot of expired coupon.

Their customer care is not toll free, my bill for these calls is around 70 rs till now.
One of my friend has the same problem, he has booked the ticket but didn’t received any coupon till now. They are doing fake promotions for business.
Avoid these online Frauds, Cheats ans Fake promoters.
