I tried to cancel my bus trip 10 hours before the journey, due to unavoidable circumstances. But they gave Very poor customer support. And cancellation policy is bullshit. While red bus offers you 2 hours before cancellation. they don’t even respond properly. The customer care is null void of the situation. they cant even change the date of journey.
It’s waste of money. please go for better service.
