goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I had booked a hotel through GoIbibo and post payment, have received a confirmation on the same. When I called the hotel, the receptionist told me that there was no confirmed booking and the hotel was full for the booked dates. Now, the question is - How can GoIbibo send a confirmation email with a message’GoIbibo Guarantees Booking’ if there was pending confirmation from the hotel.
These guys should be legally sued.
