Refund Claim against Booking ID GH72126234137396 PNR : 0138051179 for not providing the services against which the payment was fully made in advance, through Goibibo; the hotelier was absconding during checking-in, hotel was deserted with all contact phone nos. in switched off mode, the hotel didn’t allowed the checkin in any way, and the complaint was filed to Goibibo then and there but now I got a WhatsApp MSG from Goibibo against my refund claim:
"Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching out to us. This is an update regarding your cancellation request for booking GH72126234137396. We regret to inform you that despite our multiple efforts, the Hotelier has denied the refund approval.
Now the questions are:
Is Goibibo trying to get away with the fraud?
Is Goibibo facilitating the fraud embezzling money from fellow travellers, through the fraudsters like Hotel Laxmi Lodge, Bunga Village, Munshiyari, Pithoragarh - 262501?
Is it the way of tactics of Goibibo to just give away a small token of appreciation, through a Future Travel Voucher against the complaint raised, and then denying to refund the entire paid money, even when the service was not provided?
