Faults in ticket cancellation process

Today I will write with respect to ibibo.com. Today I need to share my own experience with respect to goibibo.com. I am requesting 2 tickets of Indigo Airline for 7299 rupees on eighth October 2019 from this site to Bangalore to Trivandrum I have an affirmation message of my ticket booking affirmation however because of private matter I am giving solicitation of crossing out of my tickets.


They give me ticket number of my undoing of tickets and telling that your sum is discount inside 4 working days yet when in the wake of hanging tight for that tat given by organization my sum isn’t credit to my record.


I straight contact to goibibo client care number and stun come to realize that my booking isn’t drop via aircrafts authority. I said them please raise my call to aircrafts authority who said this.Your are here for making fool individuals first you given the tat of 4 working days and in the wake of sitting tight for such tat you said my tickets isn’t drop by power as by saying authority are not getting any drop demand.


I said them it is your flaw not my fault.I have getting a ticket number.They said Airlines authority just compensation an ostensible sum rather than abrogation amount.I am mailing a ticket undoing ticket number to aircrafts authority sent however there is no reaction by them just 2444 rupees credit to my record. I contact goibibo.com and said who will pay my amount.They said please contact to carriers authority and disengage my call.


I am doing parcel of mail to their mail yet neither reacted appropriately .so It is my modest solicitation our administration to make an exacting move against these fraudster.If I won’t get my sum discount back I will go to buyer court.
