I used this site for hotel booking once last year for some hotel in Goa.when I reached there first that hotel receptionist told me your hotel room is not booked then I tried to call GoIbibo customer care but no body picked my phone .
Then after that I showed him my booking reciept from GoIbibo and SMS where that amount deducted then she called her manager and then he got convinced any how. What a worst support from GoIbibo. Now again I booked on hotel in this site an they are showing that on booking I will get 50 to 100% GoCash which I can use in my next booking. But after booking my hotel I got that gocash point but those fraud showing that I can only use 10% of it on my next booking.It means to use fool goibibo cash I need to do booking 10 times.
And those points is valid for 3 month only so In three month I need to do 10 booking. Seriously these guys are biggest fraud I have done many bookings in Make my trip but never got frustrated like this. Seriously worst site and will suggest please dont use this site. These are bloody cheaters.They think by doing this they can run there site. I really hate GoIbibo now. Once got cheated but give them second chance may be some mistake happened but this guys are not trustable. No customer service and support useless site.
