Had booked hotel white wings in Coorg for 2 nights. When I reached hotel they said they had already informed goibibo that they don’t have any rooms but goibibo did not inform me. I called goibibo and they said they were looking for an alternative hotel for the past 2 days without informing. How irresponsible is that! Me my wife and 1 year old kid had to wait there for hours until they called back and gave an alternative. In between we called few times but the response was very bad and careless. We checked the alternate room which they arranged and that was horrible. I would suggest users to check directly with hotel after booking through any sites to ensure that your rooms are confirmed. Cannot trust Goibibo at all.
